Once the differential was in place, I applied some grease around the seals and axle shafts and slid them into place, taking care to put as little pressure as possible on the seal. It's a bit tricky getting all of the bolts, gaskets, backing plates and retainers aligned with all of the brake parts installed. On the other side I put the backing plate on without the brake parts and it was about as difficult working around the axle flange. As you tighten the bolts, the bearing will press into place. Torque the nuts to 35 ft. lbs. Next –––>
